Promotion Period

Qualifying Products must be purchased between 12am AEDT on 17/11/2025 and 11.59pm AEDT on 15/12/2025.

Entry Period

Entries must be completed and submitted between 12am AEDT on 17/11/2025 and 11:59pm AEDT 05/01/2026.

Who can enter?

Only Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

Who can't enter?

Directors, officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and the agencies, companies or participating premises associated with this Promotion.

Where will the Promotion run?

The Promotion will run via participating Authorised Milwaukee Retailers and online at https://milwaukeetool.com.au/carbide-competition/
Entry instructions To enter:
1. during the Promotion Period: purchase a Qualifying Product from an Authorised Milwaukee® Retailer and retain proof of purchase receipt;
2. during the Entry Period:
    (a) visit the Milwaukee “Carbide Teeth Competition” web portal at https://accounts.milwaukeetool.com.au/s/carbide-teeth-competition, and log in to your existing account or create a new account;
    (b) navigate to the “Carbide Teeth Competition” entry form and complete the details;
    (c) upload the Qualifying Product receipt as proof of purchase;
    (d) agree to the relevant declaration statements; and
    (e) submit the completed competition entry form before 11:59pm AEDT on 05/01/2026.

Entrants must hold or create a Milwaukee Tool Australia Account to access the competition entry form.

Qualifying Product

What can I win?

There are five (5) Grand Prizes and 100 Runner-up Prizes available to be won.

The first five (5) valid entries randomly drawn will each receive a Grand Prize valued at $4,292.75 (Grand Prize) containing:

The next 100 valid entries randomly drawn will receive 1 x Milwaukee M18™ REDLITHIUM™ HIGH OUTPUT™ 6.0Ah Battery (M18HB6) valued at $269 RRP (Runner-up Prize).

All prices correct as at Promotion start date, subject to clause 15 of these terms and conditions.

How many times can I enter?

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.

How many winners will there be and how will they be chosen?

This is a game of chance. The first five (5) winners randomly drawn from valid entries will each receive a Grand Prize. The next 100 winners randomly drawn from valid entries will each receive a Runner-up Prize.

The prize draw will take place at Telads Australia Pty Ltd, 123 Margaret Street Toowoomba QLD 4350 on the 12/01/2026 at 10 am AEDT.

The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order from the grand prize to runner-up prizes, in case of an invalid entry or an ineligible entrant is drawn. Entrants who do not enter in accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed ineligible and where required, the prize will be awarded to the next reserve entrant in order of prize value.

Total prize pool

There are one hundred and five (105) prizes to be won with a total prize pool value of $48,363.75

How and when will the winner/s be informed?

Winners will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw and the winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published at http://www.milwaukeetool.com.au by 27/01/2026 for a minimum period of 28 days. Winners must respond by 5pm AEDT on 27/02/2026 to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond in time the prize will be forfeited

Delivery

The prize will be posted to the winner’s nominated residential address within 12 weeks of the winner confirming their details.

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined above. Information about prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Your claim must be received during the Promotion Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. No entries will be accepted outside this time unless extended by the Promoter. No responsibility will be accepted for late or misdirected claims. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by an entrant disqualifies their claim(s).
  3. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not claim a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
  4. The prize, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as specified, as and when offered and cannot be altered or changed in any way by you or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. If you forfeit the prize or any element of the prize for whatever reason, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute.
  5. A draw for any prize, if unclaimed, may take place on 13/04/2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified in writing within 7 days of the draw and the winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published online at http://www.milwaukeetool.com.au from 15/04/2026.
  6. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal (or greater) value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and eligible entrants (including an eligible entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Suitable forms of verification are at the discretion of the Promoter. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
  8. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
  10. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. You are responsible for your own costs associated with entering and claiming. If you enter using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, you may be disqualified.
  11. Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a claimant receiving a product are the sole responsibility of the eligible entrant or participant.
  12. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final.
  13. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and related entities of the Promoter. Some of these third parties are located outside Australia and New Zealand, by entering into this Promotion an entrant is consenting to the disclosure of an entrant’s PI to entities outside of Australia and New Zealand. Entry into the Promotion may be conditional on providing certain PI. The Promoter will also use and handle all PI as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, survey and profiling purposes, including sending emails/electronic messages, SMS or telephoning the entrant. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy also contain information about how entrants may opt out of any communication, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a privacy breach or concern and how those complaints will be dealt with.
  14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer rights under any statute including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  15. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to actual product pricing. Milwaukee product pricing varies and may increase and is adjusted every year, the Promoter does not guarantee any product pricing and the product RRP is subject to change due to factors beyond the Promoter’s control.
  16. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram or Youtube. You provide your information to the Promoter and not to any social media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints about this Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to any relevant social media platform.
  17. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
  18. The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this Promotion and these Terms and Conditions. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
